SKOVBY #126 DUTCH PULL-OUT DINING TABLE
In the new dining table #126, Skovby has revived the traditional Dutch pull-out system. An extension system invented in the Netherlands back in the 15th century.
The Dutch pull-out system is easy and simple to operate. Two built-in extension leaves are always at hand and can smoothly slide out from underneath each end of the main tabletop to extend the table to its full length. To return to standard length, just lift the main tabletop slightly and push the leaves back in.
Extend with one or two leaves and seat from 6 to 10 people as needed.
As opposed to most contemporary Dutch extension tables, the legs on table #126 are angled and pulled slightly from the corners towards the centre of the tabletop. This gives the table a fresh, contemporary look and flexibility in terms of seating arrangements.
