TV cabinet #86 is equipped with Skovby Remote Link® - a feature that lets you remote control equipment through closed doors and drawers. This way you can hide electronic equipment and cords behind elegant design without having to compromise quality, technology and functionality.
The design is tight and angular
The design is tight and angular without being strictly minimalistic. It matches the Skovby dining room series with its clean, straight lines. All edges are rounded making them pleasant to touch.
The drawers are without handles and with non-slip bottom.
The upper drawer front is easily pulled out with a slight grip around the edges and the hidden shelf appears - an elegant solution for storage of remote controls. The lower drawer is big and spacious.
The back panel has perforations, which can be pulled out for wiring - an easy and simple solution.

The Remote Link electronics work within the frequency area of 30-60 kHz - it is compatible with basically all remote controls using infrared light.
When you point your remote control at the logo plate, the electronics inside the cabinet will repeat the signal so that you can control the equipment even though it is hidden behind the doors of the lowboard or cabinet.
